If the animation isn't showing, here's what to check:

• iPhone Users: Ensure your phone is iPhone 12 or newer and you're using a MagSafe-compatible case.

• Android Users: MagSafe animation is exclusive to iPhones. Android phones will not display this animation.

• Settings: On both iPhone and Android, the animation may be disabled in the settings.

• Alignment: Ensure your phone is properly centered on the charging pad.
