If your phone isn’t sticking to the TRIO ULTRA charging pad, here are a few possible reasons:

• MagSafe Compatibility: Only iPhone 12 and newer support MagSafe magnetic attachment. Older models and most non-iPhones won't stick.

• Non-MagSafe Case: Regular or thick cases can block the magnetic connection. Use a MagSafe-compatible case for best results.
